• SS Module design incorporates either high temperature nickel alloy or ceramic substrate.

Discrete cell construction with maximum surface area substrate:

• Metal and thin-walled ceramic substrates up to 400 cpsi.
• Ensures maximum durability and extreme module mechanical integrity.
• Yields lowest possible pressure drop for the most surface area.
• Prevents plugging of inter-catalyst channels and substrate nesting, which cause exhaust bypass and precious metal loss.

 

 

Application flexibility and long lasting performance:

• Highly reactive, durable platinum formulations for high performance and resistance to sulfur and poisoning agents.
• GT application backed with a performance and mechanical guarantee of up to five years. Ten year guarantees are available.
• Stationary IC application backed with a three year warranty on PERFORMAX products and a one year warranty on Performance Grade catalysts, each with a three year mechanical guarantee.
• Broad operating temperature range from 425-750°F for HRSG & 2-cycle recips, up to 1150°F for simple cycle GT's and 4-cycle recips.
• Heavy duty support structures designed for easy individual mounting and replacement of catalyst elements.
