We now offer a full suite of catalyst management and scientific/analytical services, which include non-destructive performance testing, chemical and physical analysis, chemical cleaning, life cycle monitoring and precious metal reclaim.
MurCal has been trained and is being supported by EmeraChem in the washing and maintenance of catalyst elements. Most elements can be cleaned two or three times prior to precious metal reclamation. Our chemical cleaning process is facilitated at the MurCal facility in Palmdale, CA. Depending upon logistics, your elements can be shipped or may be picked up by our service vehicle. Turn around time for catalyst cleaning is a few days.
