The unique design of the Trombetta 684-3681-012-14 PowerSeal 36 Volt DC Contactor allows it to be used in tough environmental conditions. If your application requires a sealed or submersible design, you must have the PowerSeal.
Coil terminals:
(2) 5/16-24 high current studs; (2) non-grounded 10-32 studs; 100% continuous duty; copper contacts; sealed design; flat, long L-bracket.
Sealed design protects against dust and water jets.
This model is specifically sold as a replacement part for E-Z-GO Golf Carts / Part Number 609428. Do not use this contactor for any other purpose.
The PowerSeal's IP67 environmental rating allows it to be submerged into 1 meter of water for a period of 30 minutes. It is not intended to operate under water. If the PowerSeal unit is exposed to water and completely dried off afterwards, it should be capable of being energized again.
