Designed to perform in high-heat and high-vibration environments, the High Current Power Distribution Module (HCPDM) is the ultimate I/O solution for harsh applications. Housed in a sealed, heavy-duty metal enclosure (IP67/IP69K rated), this smart module is perfect for use in heavy equipment, off-road vehicles, and other demanding settings.
With 6 configurable inputs, 8 high-current (40A) outputs, and 2 low-current (100mA) outputs, the HCPDM simplifies the integration of input devices and enables precise control of high-current loads. The additional 100mA outputs are ideal for high-impedance loads or relay control—even during engine cranking.
Powered by advanced diagnostics and built-in short circuit and overcurrent protection, the module features adjustable current feedback, startup-level output settings (Power-on Reset), and a regulated 5V output for sensor power—making it as intelligent as it is rugged.
Communicating via the SAE J1939 protocol, this versatile module is designed for 12V systems and easily integrates into existing control/display setups, allowing remote monitoring and full configuration of every input and output.
