ORB-C1 with Wi-Fi, 4G LTE CAT-M1 and GPS (ORB-C1-G)
The Senquip ORB is designed for extreme environments where IP ratings are essential and external antennas are likely to be damaged. Senquip ORBs are typically mounted up poles, on walls, and externally on machines.
Engineered for harsh industrial environments, this robust device is dustproof, waterproof, UV resistant, and features built-in sensors for GPS position and speed, temperature, angle, vibration, and tamper detection.
It offers extensive external interfaces-including RS232, RS485, MODBUS, CAN Bus, Bluetooth, output, 4-20mA, pulse, and voltage-and connects via Wi-Fi or 4G LTE4 to the Senquip Portal or your preferred server.
Powered by replaceable AA batteries, solar, or 10 to 75V DC, it allows you to upload custom scripts to manipulate data, trigger alerts, control devices, and create tailored payloads
This system enables comprehensive machine utilization by creating uniform metrics across fleets, while monitoring engine diagnostics for fault codes and integrating sensor data via MODBUS, NMEA, 4-20mA, and voltage interfaces. It enhances safety through interlocks, gas concentration, and liquid level detection, ensures driver safety by tracking speed, pitch, roll, wind, and air quality, and supports remote script control for attached systems.
Additional capabilities include calculating volume in odd-shaped tanks, managing complex sensors with precise power and timing, monitoring reliability metrics like oil condition, temperature, and pressure, consolidating data to your preferred endpoint, and handling water management (flow, level, quality) via a single device.
