Q. How long have you been at MurCal?

A. About 8 months.

Q. What is your position/role at MurCal?

A. I'm a Cable Harness and Wire Assembler.

Q. What do you love most about your job and why?

A. Working with the blueprints and seeing how it all comes together has been very educational for me. I’ve always worked in the electrical manufacturing industry but never with blueprints and I really like it.

Q. How would you describe your job to a bunch of kindergarteners?

A. I create cables and harnesses for cars and trucks’ engines.

Q. Tell us a little about yourself:

A. I was born and raised in Pico Rivera, California. I’ve been married 22 years and I have two children: a girl, Marlene, is in College, and a boy, Junior, who is a Senior in High School.   

Q. Three words which best describe you:

A. Helper. Outgoing. Ambitious.

Q. Your most memorable/rewarding MurCal experience?

A. Just working with the blueprints has been amazing!

Q. What place in the world would you like to visit?

A. I’ve always wanted to visit Florida.

Q. What is the coolest place you have ever visited?

A. Cancun, Mexico, was very nice.

Q. What is the best piece of advice you've ever been given?

A. My mom always told me to “Live life with no regrets”.

Q. Do you have any hidden talents?

A. I love to decorate using bottles! I use glitter and sparkles in them.

Q. Do you have any pets?

A. Yes, I have a 5 year old German Shepherd called Lexi.

Q. Favorite Movies?

A. My two favorite movies are “Beetlejuice” and “The Nightmare Before Christmas”! I’ve watched both countless times!

Q. Favorite TV shows?

A. CSI, the original Vegas one. 

Q. Favorite Artist/Music?

A. Ricky Martin!

Q. Favorite Food?

A. I love Alfredo Sauce on any Pasta and Chili Cheese Quesadillas. 

Q. Who Inspires You?

A. Myself.
