Professional Journey

1. Can you tell us about your career journey and how you came to work here?

My first job was assembling audio system amplifiers, and I discovered that I really enjoyed hands-on work with electronics. I stayed with that company in Los Angeles for about 15 years, building my skills and experience on the production side. When it was time to look for a new opportunity, I knew I wanted to stay in a similar, technically focused role, and that path is what led me here.

2. What do you enjoy most about your role?

What I enjoy most about my role is the work itself—I genuinely like what I do. The company gives us the space and time we need to focus, and everyone here collaborates smoothly. It’s a quiet, efficient environment where teamwork and dedication really stand out. That balance makes coming to work rewarding every day.

3. What has been your proudest achievement at work so far?

One of my proudest achievements at work is the continuous learning that happens with every project. Each job is unique, and every new assembly teaches me something new. This constant growth and the ability to adapt and improve with each task keeps me motivated and proud of the work I do.

Workplace Contributions

1. What do you think sets you apart as an employee?

I just try to do my best with every job, no matter what it is. I believe if you give your best effort each time, good results will follow.

2. How do you approach teamwork and collaboration with colleagues?

I approach teamwork by recognizing that different harnesses require different skills and parts of the team to handle them. We each bring our strengths to the table, and because everyone knows their role, we work smoothly and support each other to get the job done efficiently and well. It’s a true team effort where collaboration makes all the difference.

3. Can you share a project or task that you’re especially proud of contributing to?

There isn’t just one project I’m proud of—every task I work on feels rewarding in its own way. Each job brings its own challenges and achievements, and seeing the results makes me feel good about what I contribute.

Personal Insights

1. What’s a fun fact about yourself that most of your coworkers might not know? 

A fun fact that most of my coworkers might not know is that I’m always on the go outside of work—whether it’s driving after my shift or spending weekends on the road. I do it all to provide for my family, so I’m pretty busy even when I’m not at work.

2. If you could have any superpower, what would it be and why?

If I could have any superpower, it would be the power to sleep—because a good rest makes everything better and helps me tackle any challenge with more energy and focus.

3. What’s one thing on your bucket list that you’re excited to accomplish?

One thing on my bucket list that I’m really excited about is traveling. Exploring new places and experiencing different cultures is something I truly look forward to.

Future Aspirations

1. Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years professionally?

In the next five years, I see myself continuing to do the same kind of work I’m doing now—building on my experience and staying dedicated to my role. I’m focused on steady growth and doing my best every day.

2. How has this recognition motivated or inspired you moving forward?

This recognition inspires me to keep doing the best I can every day. It motivates me to stay focused and continue putting in my best effort in everything I do.

3. What’s one goal you’d love to achieve at this company?

One goal I’d love to achieve at this company is simply to keep doing my best. I want to stay committed and continue contributing in a way that makes a positive impact.

1. What do you enjoy most about working with your team or at this company?

What I enjoy most about working with my team and at this company is the people—I really love the team I work with. Everyone supports each other, and it makes coming to work a positive experience every day.

2. How would you describe the company culture in one sentence?

The company culture is positive and supportive, where everyone works well together and cares about doing a good job.

3. Who has inspired or mentored you the most during your time here, and why?

I’m mostly self-taught, following blueprints from the engineers to build the harnesses. But if I had to name someone who really helped me when I started, it would be Jamie and Christine—they showed me the ropes and supported me early on.
