Enovation Control’s 20 and A20 Series Swichgages® are renowned for their precision, durability, and reliability in monitoring critical engine parameters such as pressure and temperature. Designed to meet the rigorous demands of marine, industrial, and heavy equipment applications, these switchgages deliver accurate readings and robust performance in harsh environments. Built with high-quality materials and engineered for long-lasting service, they help operators maintain optimal system performance and prevent costly downtime.

To maximize the functionality and lifespan of your switchgages, Enovation Control offers a variety of accessories tailored to enhance installation flexibility, protection, and visibility. Below, we explore these accessories in detail and explain how they contribute to a superior monitoring experience.

Hole Cover, 2-1/16” (05706163)

This hole cover is an essential accessory for protecting your 20 Series switchgages when a gauge is not installed or when you want to temporarily seal an unused panel opening. Made from durable materials, it prevents dust, moisture, and debris from entering the instrument panel, which can otherwise compromise the internal components of your gauges. By maintaining a clean and sealed environment, the hole cover helps preserve the accuracy and longevity of your switchgages, reducing maintenance needs and ensuring reliable performance over time.

Clamp Lite Mounting Bracket (05051371)

The Clamp Lite Mounting Bracket offers a practical and sturdy solution for installing your switchgages. Its design allows for quick, secure mounting in tight or challenging spaces, whether inside a cockpit, control panel, or equipment enclosure. The bracket’s versatility supports both vertical and horizontal orientations, providing flexibility to position your gauges where they are most visible and accessible. This ease of installation not only saves time during setup but also ensures your gauges remain firmly in place, even in environments subject to vibration or movement.

Clamp Lite Lampholder Assembly (05010198)

Visibility is critical when monitoring pressure and temperature, especially in low-light or nighttime conditions. The Clamp Lite Lampholder Assembly provides reliable illumination for your switchgages, ensuring that the dial and indicators are clearly visible at all times. Designed to integrate seamlessly with the mounting bracket, this lampholder supports consistent lighting without interfering with the gauge’s operation. Its durable construction withstands harsh environmental factors, making it ideal for marine and industrial settings where dependable lighting is a must.

Clamp Lite Assembly – 12V (05702176) and 24V (05702177)

These lighting assemblies are tailored to fit systems operating on either 12V or 24V power supplies, offering bright, energy-efficient illumination for your switchgages. The assemblies are engineered for easy installation and long service life, providing consistent backlighting that enhances gauge readability regardless of ambient lighting conditions. By choosing the appropriate voltage assembly, you ensure compatibility with your equipment’s electrical system, promoting safe and reliable operation during all hours of use.

Clamp Package (05010162)

The Clamp Package is a replacement part for the clamp that ships standard with every 2" Murphy gage. The package consists of a clamp and 2 nuts. The two nuts screw onto the bolts protruding from the back of each 2" gage to secure that gage to a panel or other mounting surface.

HS-7 Switch (10050567)

The HS-7 is a high-quality switch accessory designed to complement your Enovation Control switchgages. This external, bolt-on heat sink is designed to help measure cylinder head temperature. When normal methods are unavailable, this heat sink can be bolted onto the engine block, allowing the sensing bulb on the capillary of a standard 20 series temperature gauge to measure the cylinder head temperature. Integrating the HS-7 switch into your monitoring setup enhances safety and operational flexibility.

Why Choose Enovation Control 20 and A20 Series Switchgages?

Enovation Control’s switchgages are engineered with the highest standards of quality and durability. Featuring corrosion-resistant materials, sealed housings, and precision sensors, these instruments provide accurate, real-time monitoring of pressure and temperature under extreme conditions. Their IP67 rating ensures protection against dust and water immersion, making them suitable for marine, industrial, and heavy-duty applications.

Investing in Enovation Control’s 20 and A20 Series Switchgages means choosing reliable, high-performance monitoring solutions that stand up to the toughest environments. By complementing these gauges with the right accessories—such as hole covers, mounting brackets, lighting assemblies, and control switches—you can enhance installation flexibility, protect your instruments, and improve visibility. These accessories not only extend the life of your switchgages but also contribute to safer and more efficient operations across a wide range of industries.
