The NRG charger stands out for its ability to adapt seamlessly to virtually any installation environment. It supports both 12V and 24V systems and works effortlessly with all common lead-acid and nickel cadmium batteries. Thanks to its simple field-selectable AC input and output settings, installation is straightforward and does not require advance planning. The NRG series complies with major safety and performance standards, including UL and C-UL listings for safety, NFPA 70 and 110 for generator system integration, and CE marking for 50 Hz international models. It is fully certified to the International Building Code (IBC) for seismic compliance, with an Sds rating of up to 2.5g. For projects that require it, NRG is also available with optional OSHPD (Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development) pre-approval for use in California hospitals and healthcare systems.

Every charger features a non-corroding aluminum housing and a streamlined user interface that includes digital metering, LED status lights, and alarm outputs. Configuration is handled through intuitive, field-selectable jumper settings, enabling installers to customize the unit quickly for any voltage or battery type. Additional features such as an optional drip shield, remote temperature sensor, and outdoor-rated NEMA 3R enclosure make NRG incredibly adaptable across a wide range of demanding environments.
