A. I’ve been working at Murcal for about a year now.
Q. What is your position/role at MurCal?
A. At Murcal, I work as a harness assembler, building and preparing electrical harnesses for heavy-duty equipment. My responsibilities include testing each harness for any malfunctions, braiding for durability, labeling for accurate identification, and coiling them for delivery. I take pride in ensuring every product meets our high-quality standards and is ready for reliable performance in the field.
Q. What do you love most about your job and why?
A. What I love most about my job is the supportive team I work with and the continuous opportunities for growth and learning.
Q. How would you describe your job to a bunch of kindergarteners?
A. I help build the big strong wires that go inside really big machines, like tractors and bulldozers! These wires are kind of like the machine’s muscles — they help it move, turn, beep, and do all the hard work. Just like how you plug in your toys to make them work, I make sure the big machines have the right wires so they can do their jobs safely and powerfully!
Q. Tell us a little about yourself:
A. I was born and raised in Los Angeles, a city that has deeply influenced my perspective and work ethic. I am a dedicated family man, proud to be the father of four daughters and the husband of a wonderful and supportive wife. My family is my greatest source of motivation, and they inspire me to lead with integrity, purpose, and a strong sense of responsibility in both my personal and professional life.

A. Ambitious, Confident & Honest.
Q. Fun Fact About You?
A. A fun fact about me is that I had the incredible opportunity to work security at one of Bad Bunny’s Coachella concerts.
Q. What place in the world would you like to visit?
A. One place I would love to visit is Casablanca, Morocco, for its rich culture, beautiful architecture, and vibrant atmosphere.
Q. What is the coolest place you have ever visited?
A. The coolest place I’ve been to is Washington D.C., where I was amazed by the rich history, iconic landmarks, and the unforgettable experience of seeing the White House in person.
Q. What is the best piece of advice you've ever been given?
A. The best piece of advice I live by is to always stay hungry, humble, and never be afraid to be the underdog. It’s in those moments that true growth and resilience are built.
Q. Do you have a favorite quote?
A. One of my favorite quotes is: “Stay humble, stay hungry.” It reminds me to keep striving while never losing sight of where I came from.
Q. Do you have any hobbies?
A. I enjoy staying active and pushing myself both physically and mentally. Boxing is one of my favorite hobbies—it challenges my discipline, sharpens my reflexes, and keeps me focused. I also lift weights regularly, which helps me build strength and maintain a strong routine. Beyond fitness, I take pride in working as much as I can, always striving to stay productive and improve in everything I do. Whether it’s training or tackling new tasks, I’m driven by a mindset of growth and hard work.
Q. Do you have any pets?
A. I have a playful and loving female Yorkie named Chanel, who brings joy and energy to our home every day.
Q. Favorite Movies?
A. I enjoy movies that blend action, humor, and strong characters. The John Wick series stands out for its intense storytelling and choreography, while Happy Gilmore and Grown Ups offer timeless comedy and relatable, feel-good moments
Q. Favorite Artist/Music?
A. My favorite music includes a mix of laid-back West Coast vibes from artists like Wiz Khalifa, Dom Kennedy, and Key Glock, along with the bold energy of Mexican regional music—especially from Tito Double P.
Q. Favorite Food?
A. My favorite food is a classic beef stew served over white rice, though I also enjoy the bold and satisfying flavors of a good taco.
Q. Who inspires you?
A. My greatest inspiration comes from my kids and my family, who motivate me to work hard and lead by example. Their love and support push me to grow, stay focused, and always strive for more.
Q. Which celebrity would you like to meet?
A. I’d like to meet Nate Diaz, Manny Pacquiao, or Junior H—three people I respect for their hustle, talent, and staying real.
