LC10 Level Controls are rugged, field configurable, displacer-operated, liquid level controllers. Ideal applications include scrubbers, separators, and heater treaters. Their industry-proven force balance design allows for control of gas/liquid as well as liquid/liquid interfaces. The LC10 can be mounted on the left or right hand side and can be set up for direct or reverse acting. Both the mounting and action are field reversible. Models are available with an easily replaceable snap or throttling pilot for pneumatic control. The snap pilot is available with a soft seat option that meets 40 CFR Part 60, Subpart 0000. SPDT and DPDT switches are available for electric control.

National Competitors:  Kimray Gen II, Wellmark 2001NB, Norriseal 1001/1001A, Mallard 3200/3201, Fisher 2500, Fisher L2

Benefits of Choosing BMD:  Field Interchangeable, Cost Effective, Electric Option, Sealed Case & Back Mount Options (LC10S and LC10B), Low-Temp Option, NACE Option

LC25 Level Controller

The LC40 Liquid Level Switch is a head pressure operated level controller meant for use on atmospheric storage vessels. The LC40 can be used as an easy to read, real-time visual indicator showing the height of the liquid in a vessel or tank. The switch option includes a SPDT electric switch that can be set to trigger at different heights for rising and falling level. The LC40 has adjustment knobs for zero offset as well as for span which is used to set it for different specific gravity fluids.

National Competitors:  Wellmark 685 Headswitch, Taylor 140-LLI

Benefits of Choosing BMD:  Head Pressure Switch, Rugged Design

LC50 Level Controller

The LC50 Snap Level Control is a float operated liquid level control. With a maximum working pressure of 500 psi, it is a great choice for low to medium pressure applications. Its adjustable range allows it to be used as either a hi/low alarm or a traditional level controller. The LC50 contains a replaceable 3-way block and bleed pilot featuring a soft seat for a bubble tight shutoff. It is available in 2” threaded, 4” or 5” union, and 4” grooved connection sizes. Two stainless steel float sizes are available with other sizes and arm lengths by request. For sour service a NACE option is available.

LC70 Level Controller

The LC70 Level Control, now available with patent pending Gator Technology, is a float operated liquid level control device sometimes referred to as a “trunnion” or a “float nose”. The LC70 utilizes a large float, linkage rod and levers to mechanically operate a dump valve via rotational connections. The Gator is a spline mechanism that replaces existing “D” or keyed rotational connections that quickly wear out through normal use. The spline design eliminates slippage/slack, providing greater accuracy and precision. The LC70 is available in 2 different body styles: 8” Union and Bolted. The levers can easily be changed from the left to right to match the dump valve mount.

National Competitors:  Kimray 25TOB, Kimray 850HUTA

Benefits of Choosing BMD:  Float Operated, Spline Design Eliminates Slippage/Slack, 2 Body Styles in 8" Union and Bolted
