Q. How long have you been at MurCal?
A. Three Months.
Q. What is your position/role at MurCal?
A. I work in Production/Assembly.
Q. What do you love most about your job and why?
A. One thing that I love about my job is finding solutions to error in harnesses.
Q. How would you describe your job to a bunch of kindergarteners?
A. We build the most important part in the machines that you can see on every farm.
Q. Tell us a little about yourself:
A. I was born in El Salvador and I’ve been married 7 months. I’m a curious person. I am always asking questions about how everything works. I love nature and pets.
Q. Three words which best describe you:
A. Good Work Ethics, Self-taught and a Good Friend.
Q. Your most memorable/rewarding MurCal experience?
A. Being honest, I don’t have a special experience, but I could say by best reward is when I can help the company reach their goals of production.
Q. Fun fact about you?
A. Once when I carried my dog to the veterinarian just to get his shots, he fainted in front of all of the customers. It was embarrassing but it was funny.
Q. What place in the world would you like to visit?
A. Angel Falls (Salto Angel) in Venezuela.
Q. What is the coolest place you have ever visited?
A. A virgin beach in Cuba (Maria La Gorda Beach)
Q. What is the best piece of advice you've ever been given?
A. Trust Nobody
Q. Do you have any hidden talents?
A. I am good with numbers and math in general. I can also speak a little bit of German.
Q. Do you have any hobbies?
A. I love to discover new natural landscapes and I like to do extreme sports, like rappelling off mountains and cliffs to bungee jumping.
Q. Do you have any pets?
A. I have a 9 year old dog called Harley. He’s a Boxer/Doberman Mix.
Q. Favorite Movies?
A. I love Horror movies (The Nun, the Exorcist etc) and also science fiction and comedies.
Q. Favorite TV shows?
A. Rick & Morty, The Big Bang Theory, Breaking Bad.
Q. Favorite Artist/Music?
A. Rammstein (German Band).
Q. Favorite Food?
A. Pupusas (Salvadorean food)
Q. Who Inspires You?
A. My mom and my wife.
Q. Which celebrity would you like to meet?
A. Michael Faraday (1791-1867) the Father of Electrical Engineering!
