The MNS is a basic automatic transfer switch unit designed to monitor three-phase mains voltages continuously. It serves the critical purpose of managing the transfer between main power and generator supply by firing remote start commands to the genset when mains power quality falls outside preset parameters. The MNS also features a unique test mode allowing the generator to be run and tested without a mains failure, which is especially useful for emergency backup readiness. Its simple front panel displays relevant mains and generator information, making it easy to use and understand. The MNS is compatible with most commercially available or custom engine control systems, providing a flexible solution for various power transfer needs.
