1. Can you tell us about your career journey and how you came to work here?

I earned my degree in Electrical Engineering about nine years ago. I joined this company as an assembler at the end of July 2023, which has been beneficial in gaining valuable knowledge about the construction process of various custom harnesses we build. However, the headquarters recognized my skills and offered me the opportunity to work with the Engineering Department.

2. What do you enjoy most about your role?

Being an integral part of the solutions that clients seek within the company is incredibly rewarding.

3. What has been your proudest achievement at work so far?

My proudest achievement is the consistent support and collaboration I provide to my coworkers. Together, we strive to fulfill our company's goals and drive collective success. By fostering a cooperative and productive environment, I have been able to contribute significantly to the overall achievements of our team and the company.

4. Can you share a project or task that you’re especially proud of contributing to?

I feel proud to have enhanced the quality control process for the company. The opportunity provided by headquarters to implement new processes with the entire team has been incredibly rewarding.

5. How do you think your work impacts the company’s success?

As a Production Engineer, what sets me apart is my keen eye for detail and my commitment to continuous improvement. I consistently strive to enhance processes and ensure that quality control is maintained at the highest standard. My ability to implement innovative solutions and work collaboratively with the entire team has significantly contributed to our company's success. Additionally, my dedication to understanding and meeting the needs of our clients ensures that we deliver exceptional outcomes that align with their expectations. Overall, my proactive approach, technical expertise, and strong teamwork skills make me a valuable asset to the company.

6. What are your hobbies or interests outside of work?

I am passionate about visiting museums and exploring the rich history of the world. For me, the most important aspect is learning from history to develop critical thinking skills. Additionally, I love visiting nature parks and believe that the preservation of wildlife is crucial.

7. Do you have a favorite quote or mantra that inspires you?

8. If you could have any superpower, what would it be and why?

I would love to have the superpower of flight. It would be an extraordinary experience, offering a sense of unparalleled freedom and liberation from the constraints of everyday life.

9. What’s one thing on your bucket list that you’re excited to accomplish?

Fly in a fighter plane, jump out of a plane with a parachute, and visit the Angel Fall.

Future Aspirations

10. Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years professionally?

I see myself as an integral part of the talented team at MurCal, and I am committed to contributing more solutions to our customers.

11. Are there any skills or areas of expertise you’re currently working on developing?

Currently, I am focused on enhancing my programming and automation skills to ensure they are highly applicable in my work environment. 

12. How has this recognition motivated or inspired you moving forward?

It motivates me to give my best, knowing that my efforts are recognized by my peers. This recognition fills me with immense satisfaction and drives me to continually strive for excellence.

13. What’s one goal you’d love to achieve at this company?

The creation of new processes that will be instrumental in our improvement initiatives. Additionally, showcasing our professional capabilities to a global audience.

The collaboration among coworkers is exceptional; everyone is always willing to help when you have a concern or problem.
